| DO
ANY OF THESE SOUND FAMILIAR?
| |
Anxiety Attacks (also
known as panic attacks or panic disorder) are often experienced
as a feeling of dread, an intense fear that something
terrible is about to happen, like you might die or lose
your sanity. These experiences can be extremely frightening
and seem quite unusual when first encountered. |
|
Agoraphobia: As you
associate more activities with anxiety, the number of
places and people in your life that feel comfortable can
become limited. Some people becoming so overwhelmed that
even leaving their homes can be difficult. |
|
Depersonalization:
Do you sometimes feel like you or your environment are
somehow unreal or disconnected? This dreamlike sensation
can be disturbing, especially if you interpret it to be
the onset of serious mental illness. |
|
Social Anxiety: This
can include social nervousness, shyness, fear of public
speaking, or just general anxiety sensations while interacting:
stress, rapid heartbeat, sweaty palms, etc. |

YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Anxiety disorders, including panic, agoraphobia,
and social anxiety, are the most common mental health issues
in America today. Unfortunately, many doctors are not personally
familiar with these problems, and are therefore quick to prescribe
medication. Psychologists and psychiatrists may be more familiar,
but might not see much "economic interest" in teaching
quick solutions.
Why do I say that? Because I have been there.
I have lived with the terror of panic attacks, the loneliness
of social anxiety, the sleepless nights worrying about losing
my mind to insanity. And I spent over a year in ineffective
therapy with a psychologist. Yes, things got dark - very dark.
But I kept searching for a solution. Probably like you're searching
now.
MY
PROMISE TO YOU
Ironically, the secret to overcoming anxiety
turned out to be rather simple. The big problem is that even
though the solution is simple, it's somewhat difficult to understand
"intellectually" at first. And as many therapists
may never have experienced anxiety or panic themselves, they
may not have practical experience with recovery.
Understanding this, and knowing how painful
the experience can be, I have made it my mission to help others
find their way beyond anxiety attacks and panic disorder. While
I was overcoming anxiety, I made a point of documenting what
I was doing so that I would never forget the "secret process"
that set me free. And I'd now like to share this information
with you.
