Although most of the audio program focused on the mental or energy aspect of the creative process, there's also the physical aspect. We live in a physical dimension, and most of us probably don't expect to materialize what we want out of thin air. However, don't expect anything less - you may come very close to doing just that if you align our energies properly. You might suddenly become aware of a new possibility, receive an unexpected phone call, notice your luck improving, or observe a near miraculous sequence of events leading directly to the experience or condition you wanted. But it isn't luck or miracle at all. It's the universal law that like energies attract. However, rather than being limited to our mental efforts in this process, there are some physical steps we can take to facilitate the creation of those like energies we need to attract what we want. First remember that we're not actually physical beings - all matter, including our bodies, is simply energy vibrating in a manner that we can see with our eyes. We are energy beings. And because of this, the way we behave or physically project our energy externally is intricately tied to the energies we generate internally. This can be very useful knowledge to apply to whatever change or objective you're seeking. To get straight to the point, simply act as though you have already achieved that objective. Regardless of what emotion you have on the inside, ACT as though you're the new person you want to be on the outside. For example, if your goal is to increase social confidence, just acting social or socially confident can actually build the feeling of confidence within. Consider a person who walks into an unfamiliar social situation. If that person speaks in a comfortable tone of voice, stands tall, makes eye contact, and maybe tends toward a controlled expression, they're going to appear more confident to the observers no matter what they say. And guess what, just by acting in that manner, they will also begin feeling more confident - regardless of how they felt initially. The physiology or way you choose to handle yourself can actually re-align your body energies and transform whatever feelings you initially had into the ones matching that behavior. Simply choose the corresponding body language, or act in congruence with the body energy that you'd like to summon. In doing this, you override the tendency to behave from subconscious habit, and create a new imprint on your subconscious energy patterns. Do you want to be a more successful person? Begin by simply acting like a more successful person. Do you want to be a more sincere person? Start ACTING like a more sincere person. Do you want to be a more competent person? ACT more competent. Do you want to have more love in your life? Act like you have it. Acting is the first step toward becoming. Not feeling social - ACT social. If you're feeling nervous or insecure on the inside, let those inner sensations be where they are, but try ACTING calmly and confidently regardless, and see what happens. This is a great way to get the feelings of confidence flowing. Not feeling energetic, ACT energetic. You will become it. Try applying this knowledge to the conditions you desire; Start acting in a manner congruent with having achieved that condition. Better yet, combine this with your internal energy generation, and you'll discover a powerful synergy. Your new behavior might feel artificial or unnatural at first, and that's why I call it "acting" - that's how it feels at first. But in using the word "acting", I don't mean to imply in any way that there's something insincere, un-genuine or phony about it. To the contrary, I'm suggesting that rather than continuing to behave unconsciously in the way that your environment and random past experiences have shaped you, begin behaving in a manner congruent with who you yourself are choosing to be now. That's the real you - the YOU of your choosing; Nothing fake, phony or weak about it. There couldn't be anything MORE genuine. Acting is simply choosing to project your body energy in a manner consistent with your desired energy. It's an amazingly powerful method of redefining your energy patterns and yourself. As you continue making the new imprint on your consciousness with both your physically and mentally channeled energies, the new, improved, and more congruent behaviors will soon become second nature. TAKING ACTION So that's the physiological or behavioral aspect of channeling body energy. There's also the related subject of choosing purposeful actions, meaning taking physical steps to fulfill your objectives. While it is entirely possible that mentally generated energies alone will attract manifestation, inaction, or failure to take purposeful actions, has a strong tendency to create negative energies. And here we have another physical process that works in reciprocity with body energies. Remember, we're not just physical beings, we're energy beings. Just as generating positive energies tends to overcome procrastination and motivate constructive action, taking action in and of itself can also encourage positive energies. This can be immensely valuable knowledge if you're finding it difficult to generate the energies of your desired objective - which is likely when you're experiencing significant fear, anxiety, mild depression, or some other emotion that feels too overwhelming to reverse. If this is the case, ask yourself: Are you holding back in doing some things in your life that you know need to be done, making some changes you know need to be made, or moving forward with your life in one way or another? Anxiety, discontent and other emotional adversity will often begin to dissolve as soon as you begin to take the action that you know needs to be taken. The guidance is already there - it's that part of you that knows something needs to be done. So whatever the feeling is that's holding you back - let it be there and just feel it, and use the exercises from Part 1 if you wish - but then go through it. Take the first step. Force yourself to go through the initial discomfort that change requires. That first step is the hardest, but it's also the most rewarding - it’s the one that starts to shift your inertia. And, as we already discussed, the action in and of itself will actually force a body energy shift. Even if you're already successfully generating the internal energies you desire, by all means also begin taking "physical" actions in congruence with those energies. Let the decisions and actions that you choose be guided by the body energies you've generated. Do what feels right for you; Follow your hunches, your heart, your body energy, whatever you want to call it. That’s the universe drawing you in the right direction. Keep your focus on the feeling of attainment, and the guidance will come to you - sometimes from unexpected sources, or from parts of the mind that are outside of your conscious awareness. Because of this, you don't need to worry about controlling every detail of the creative process. In fact, if you study some of the great achievers in any field that interests you, you'll see that many great accomplishments and events involve substantial amounts of good luck, unpredictable coincidence, or a chain of events that couldn't possibly have been imagined. If you had to control every little detail of every step in manifesting your desires, you'd be overwhelmed. To attain any goal, many things need to go right, and many things need to not go wrong. There may be many steps that you're not sure about. But when your actions are guided by the energy of attainment, you align yourself with the infinite resources of the universe in the process of manifestation. The required knowledge, people, insights, and all components necessary will naturally be drawn to you. Unseen forces like luck work in synergy with you. These are simply the creative forces of the universe matching up conditions to the energy forms you’ve created. Be open to all possibilities and avenues of manifestation, and don't let yourself get locked into rigid plans. You might think that what you want is going to come to you through a particular means or avenue, only to find that it comes through an unexpected one. Trying to force your own route to a desired outcome will only slow the process - know that the universal mind sees many possibilities that you might not yet see yourself. The quickest route to your desire will be to take advantage of the opportunities that the universe presents to you. And this is also good reason to not react with disappointment when things don't appear to be going your way - you might not be aware of other things that are happening. Suppose you were ill and desired to bring health back to your body. The key would be to keep your energies in alignment with the health you want, in the same manner that we discussed earlier. You don't need to know how to perform the process of healing, how to fight a virus, how to heal a wound. Your body already knows. But you can facilitate the process by maintaining an inner environment where your body's healing energies are free to flow, perhaps by generating feelings of wellness and well-being that will summon more of those healing energies. Those energies can also be you guide in choosing any physical actions that you should take. The same goes
for any objective - you don't need to completely understand the process
of manifestation or how universal forces will draw your desired conditions;
Nor do you need to know every step and detail of the process. The universe
knows. Your focus should primarily be on creating the energy key, that
feeling of being in the condition you desire. That's where your guidance
will come from. |
